Thick light tan head, dark red brown color. Malt and spice in the aroma. Clean taste of dark fruit, with molasses, smooth malt; there is some lingering sourness that cuts the sweetness nicely. Light to medium on the palate, very smooth. Nice.

Pours a nice, chestnut brown with a medium, frothy, beige head. Aroma is malty, light fruitiness, yeast, pepper, coriander and cinnamon. Good mouthfeel, though a pretty high carbonation. Flavour is nicely malty, light chocolate and cocoa and a good spicy balance. (Mostly coriander). very nice.

Sep 26, 2008 Bottled@Fonefan. Deep amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is yeast, fruits, raisins and some mild sourish wooden notes. Flavour is quite sour wood, some yeast and caramel. Also as it warms up a bit it gets quite sweetish fruity. Nicely balanced.

Sep 20, 2008 25 cL bottle. Pours dark and hazy brown with a small off-white and creamy head. Fruity yeasty and sligh breadish/caramel malty aroma. Sweet and berry fruity initial flavour. Mild herbal and malty too. Lasting berry fruity impression. Nice brew. Lingering fruity and light finish.

Fruity aroma - banana. Tastes a bit like Heinz baked beans. Having said that, it was pretty tasty.
