COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

bottle @ supermarket in hungary (as the name Gallica Premium Pills) pale golden colour, normal body, average carbonated, semi sweet taste, nice pilsener, but nothing special

On tap & 4. Cameralov festival mikropivovarjev. Clear pale golden color with thin quickly diminishing frothy white head and average sparkling appearance. Weak aroma of mild malt, some hay and nothing else. Taste is medium sweet malty with mild grassy bitter finish. Light body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Weak, watery and boring...

Rated as Gallica Premium Pils. Pours a clear yellow golden color, topped with a small white head, non-lasting. No real aroma, just some mild grainy feel. Mildly sweet with mild bitterness in the end. Nothing special. Drinkable because of the heat. Average.

Drunk on tap as Gallica Premium Pils. Golden bubbily with a soapy metallic aroma. Taste is very similar to Coors Light, as I remember it. Stale malts, metal, and simple drying finish. Pretty bad.

Look: yellow hazy. Aroma: yeast, grassy hop, earth. Taste: dry with some fruity yeasty sourness. Flavour: yeast, some sweet malt, grassy and earthy hop notes. It is rather unfiltered hoppy kellerbier than typical pils. However good and drinkable.

A bit sweet. Probably because of addition of corn malt? Sweet and sweet. Body is light, highly carbonaized, Texture is thin. Taste is sweet. Palate brings malt, hay, corn and bread. B@H

Sample 50 ml. Hazy yellow-green, white head. dry white wine nose, white bread, some yeast. Tastes dry and winey, mild grassy bitterness, firm body. Not your conventional pils, but a good one.
