COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

On tap at le renard bleu, brussrls. Clear gold with white head. Wet straw aroma and bitter and bready taste. Medium body and a nice grainy aftertaste that is the only good thing about this beer.

Organic version of Silly Pils, with stable, snow white head and clear golden blond colour. Aroma of pure pale malts, some grassy hops, some iron. Soft, vaguely sweetish grainy taste, flowery, aromatic but faint hops in the finish. Perhaps a bit softer and more mellow than the regular version but still a bland standard lager - though I guess being the only organic ’pils’ in Belgium is a kind of accomplishment as such.

Blonde claire, effervescence moyenne, col blanc fin.

250ml bottle at home. Pours clear pale yellow, no head. Light yeast aroma, lemon, corn. Taste is more of the same. Ok, bit thin.
