Commercial Description:
In harmony with its aroma, its taste is a bitter orchestra with a well controlled touch but without severity, offering fullness where necessary in the middle and at the back of the mouth. It is a harmonious recital of getting the most out of the quality of its hops and the purity of its malts.

A hazy orange beer with no head. Both the aroma and flavor are dominated by yeast.

Bottled at Belgobaren, Stockholm. Hazy golden, rich head. Aroma of orange marlelade and paper. Sweet, fruity and cardboardy. Soft, near full bodied with plenty of sticky marmelade. Finishes fruity with a tinny edge.

(Bottle 25 cl) Golden beer with a fairly decent head. Very sweet - must be more than just the malts. Rather full body. Dry, hoppy finish. 270497

ZBF2008: From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Flavour is light butterish, dry malty with a solid bitterness and a light spice note. Ends with a solid corianderspiced flavour.

Bottled (from BelgianShop). Golden colour with mediumsized foamy head. Aroma is fruits, yeast, spices and some mild notes of caramel. Flavour is quite fruity along with some mild spices and yeast. Also some slight notes of alcohol. Mild metallicness as it gets warmer.
