In harmony with its aroma, its taste is a bitter orchestra with a well controlled touch but without severity, offering fullness where necessary in the middle and at the back of the mouth. It is a harmonious recital of getting the most out of the quality of its hops and the purity of its malts.

Strong Belgian blonde since 1992 but brewed by the long gone brewery Tennstedt-Decroes before that; hazy golden blonde with medium white head; yeasty character, spicy notes, herbal hops, citrus, honeyish sweetishness, smooth with a certain sourishness, herbal finish with some gin-like alcohol and lingering spiciness. Quite tasty.

Geel licht troebel bier zonder schuim. Smaak is bitter en licht zoet, sinaasappel, banaan. Verder wat waterig, jammer had anders een betere rating kunnen krijgen.

Bottle of 33 cl. Nice blonde beer, but not one of the best (oh gods no !). Fast aroma, for a very roasted taste which don’t correspond to that type of beer, but which is pretty nice. Light palate. So maybe try it if she’s come in front of you.

Bottled, 330 ml. Clear golden one with a fine pored and medium sized white head on its top. Fruity, spicy nose. Aroma containing honey, bread, citrus fruits and herbs underpainted by alcohol, mouthfeel is slick to syrupy. Long, sweetbitter, citric finish. Brought what I’d expected...

Typisch blond bier waar niet veel smaak aan is. Een doordrinker, maar niet meer dan dat

Lore (1267) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUL 27, 2014
pale golden colour, moderate sized off-white head; aroma of floral hops, some fruity notes, maybe some honey and some cardboard; taste of malty sweetness with floral-honey notes and hints of spicy alcohol; drinkable
