Bottle: Orangey coloured, bigger rocky off-white head, hazy, lively carbonation; sweetish-fruity aroma (oranges, orange-peel); stronger sweetish-fruity flavour, velvet mouthfeel; shorter, fruity finish (oranges again), becoming a bit dryer towards the end; slightly tart and alcoholic aftertaste. Well rounded, warming brew, lacks a bit some bitterness...............

Nov 26, 2008 Flaske. Kæmpestort skum på en yderst frisk og klassisk duftende trippel. Smagen er en tand tungere krydret end normalen, hvilket kan tilskrives at det jo er en juleøl. Virkelig godt håndværk, og meget drikbar.

Hazy golden with a white head, fine lacings. Aroma heavy malty (caramel, honey, spicy, coriander, citrus), moderate hoppy. Flavor heavy sweet, light bitter. Medium/full body with lots of alcohol.

Aug 11, 2008 Garrafa 330ml, em agosto/2008. Coloração dourada, creme branco gigantesco, com bolhas grandes, totalmente persistente (como a Duvel). Notas de damasco, fermento, malte e lúpulo. Carbonatação média. Álcool equilibrado. Apesar dos 9%, a drinkability não é comprometida. Final amargo e adocicado, interessante. Boa tripel.
