0,33 flaske fra Belgisk Bryg: man kan ikke starte juleforberedelsene for tidlig, så 1.mars er vel en god dato for å åpne årets første juleøl.Blek gylden med varig hvitt skum. Søt aroma med brød og honning - en fin kombinasjon! Ingen overveldende sødme i smaken, den blir holdt i sjakk av fine humler med litt krydderpreg. Passelig munnfylde gjør den lett å drikke for sine 9%. er redd for at mitt lager av belgiske juleøl ikke rekker stort lenger enn til påske.

Blond amber colour, nose of honey. Tastes very malty and sweet. Some bitterness in the end. Not my cup of tea.

33cl bottle. Pale golden colour with aq white head, good lasting and average lacing. Aroma is sweet, biscuit, bread and yeasty. Flavor has a moderate sweetness, alcohol hints, yeast, biscuits, bread and honey traces. The final is light sweet with plumcake notes. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium to high.

Bottle. Semihazy yellow body, white head. Aroma has sweet light caramelly malt and spices with belgian yeast. Flavour is moderately spicy with some wheaty malt. Tripel, definitely.

Medium body, smooth with some astringency, some complexity, bitter all the way to rhe finish but sweet background.

On tap at Firkin. Poured cloudy golden with a short-lived white head. The aroma picked up bread and honey notes with accents of ginger, nutmeg, and botanicals.. warm apricots and other fruit deeper down.. interesting. The flavor found meyer lemon, bready notes, and honey on the warm core.. black pepper, tart lemon zest, and cloves throughout.. finished with a lot of spice and warmth over sweet honey. Medium-bodied with low carbonation on the palate.. a touch too malty for my liking, but I’d drink it again.

Hazy golden color, white head. Sweet, sugary, butter, butterscotch, knäck, ginger scent. Apple, dough, sweet, spicy, a bit acidic taste. Alcohol. Medium mouthfeel, fairly low co2. Butter aftertaste. Low bitterness.
