From a 33cl. Pours a nice red amber color, with a nice thick beige head. Aroma of sweet malts and fruits. Flavors of malts, dry red fruits, sugars and sirups. Nice full body, creamy, but over sweet. The sweetness it to much overpower at the end, result, can only have one. Not really refreshing nor pleasant.

Small frothy off-white diminishing head with clear amber body. Caramel toasted malt aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation. Average duration flavor heavily sweet and lightly acidic and bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

[9/21/15] Draught at Le Trappiste in Bruges. Clear amber. Aroma of lots of butter, caramel, fruitiness. Sweet flavor with caramel, butter, fruitiness. Medium-bodied. Really buttery and sweet. Awful.

Shimmering golden amber colour, clear; beige creamy foam, fine and not long lasting. Voluptuous aroma : ripe fruit, nuts, dough, brioche. Gourmande, a lot of body thanks to a full bitterness; a bit smoky. Pleasant but actually not really complex.

Sampled at Delerium, The hoppy loft. Medium beige lasting head. Fine lasting sparkle in a clear amber beer. Weaak malt aroma from pilsner and cara malts. Balanced cara maltiness with a fine but low bitterness and a tuch of sweetness in the finnish.

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Stokmarknes, shared with Edit. Huge off-white head leaving spotty lacing behind. Bright and clear golden-brown body. Sweet aroma of brown malts joined by a fruity touch. Flavoured with caramel, raisin, and candi sugar. Integrated alcohol. Well bodied. Tasty, rather too much sweetness in the long run (21.07.2015).

Helder lichtbruin bier zonder schuim. Smaak is zoet en sterk, hoppig, anijs, drop en caramel. Erg goed, smaak blijft lang hangen, klasse!

Barwa lekko bursztynowa. W aromacie estry, przyprawy i czuć trochę alkohol. W smaku przyjemne, treściwe.

On tap at PreFunk. Thick and syrupy, heady malt aroma, slightly spicy, a bit of alcohol burn. Slow going on this one, not a quick quaff. Bets to sip slowly and savor all of the essences.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber body with a small off-white head. Nose is banana, clove, white sugar, nuts and hints of candi sugars and flour sugar. Taste is caramel, banana, burnt sugar, bitter herbs and hints of molasses and candi sugar. Medium to full body, medium carbonation. Very sugary and sticky all around, not too pleasant and certainly no divinity in a bottle. But fair enough as a kind of "generic" BSA.

Bottle of 33cl, in a Trappist glass; from the fridge. An amber beer, with a light aroma and palate, and a kind of usual, typical taste. Good, but not great.
