Draught @ Cafe Becoloth, Boxtel. Nice clear deep dark ruby red color, average sized off-white head. Smell is decently balanced with malts, some fruityness, a hint of alcohol and lightly sweet. Taste malts, sweet, lightly some alcohol and a fruity bitterness towards the end. Nicely balanced. Full bodied, medium carbonation. Pretty nice.

15cl draft sample @ Kerstbierfestival ’11, Essen.

Dark ruby colour with a tanned head. Full caramel, syrup aroma. Flavour is full of caramel sweetness, along wit some burnt malts behind. Good balance beer, great for winter times. Good brew, I really enjoyed this one.

Syruppy, sweet but very drinkable beer. Amber red, hardly any aroma. White head that does not stay long. The bittersweet aftertaste lingers quite some time. Tap at De Pintelier in Groningen.
