Jul 7, 2004 An amber beer with a fine but disappearing caramel colored head. The aroma is sweet and rather spicy. The flavor is also sweet spicy but combined with notes of caramel. This beer is too sweet for my liking.

Jun 3, 2003 Bottled. Very far from the other saisons I've tried. Ruby colour. Deep fruity aroma. Sugary sweet, and completely dominated by crystalized sugar flavour which makes it one-dimensional and simply too sweet for me.

May 23, 2005 (Bottle 25 cl) Light brown with a small off-white head. Fruity, fresh slightly tart notes with a dry and rather hoppy finish. Also some metallic notes in the palate - more akin to for instance Rodenbach. Quenching indeed. 090594

Feb 25, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a huge tan head. Toffee caramel and light yeast aroma, nice blend. Flavour starts caramel sweet. Mild yeast note to this. Goes into a light bitter and canesugarish sweetness. Ends with a mild lingering sweet yeast flavour.
