COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Saison style top fermentation old brown beer. Its taste is remarkable, light and favourably combined to offer a tone that is both modestly sweetened and fruity, leaving the mouth with a refreshing feel as is constantly asked of it.

In short: A generic fruity Belgian amber ale. Not much of a Saison
How: Bottle 330ml at Cambrinus, Brugge, Belgium
The look: Clear amber body topped by a long-lasting small beige head
In long: Nose is mostly about typical fruity esters of generic yeasty Belgian ale. Taste is more of the same. Very fruity, tropical fruits, berries, dark fruits… just overall fruity. No sign of wild yeast, no dryness, nothing that hints on the Saison style. Hard to say anything about this beer other than this is a basic fruity Belgian amber ale. I love Saisons so I had to try this one. Did you really expect a half-decent Saison from this boring brewery? Don’t be absurd, this is Silly.

UPDATED: SEP 24, 2016 Hazy brown, no head. Sweet syruppy malt aroma. Bad start. Nearly zero taste, just faint corn flakes. Watery. Horrible, don?t buy it ever. Bad syruppy garbage, not a saison, but a bad amateur garage beer.

Bottle at home, 09/09/16. Bought from Savieur Biere (spelling??). Slight yeasty\boozy aroma. Treacle toffee brown. Some whisps of head. Sweet. Yeasty. Sugary. Raisens. Medium bodied. Slightly carbonated. Sour finish - pleasant mouthfeel, tingles on the tongue. I like it but slightly torn - is it a tad too sweet/sickly. Reminds me of Finnish kotikalja, a homemade non alcoholic malt drink.

Excalibur123 (358) - Soria, SPAIN - AUG 5, 2016

Pours with no head. Sour aromas of red fruits. Ruby to amber colored body. Refreshing in mouth with both flower and fruity sour hoppy flavors and balanced with nice light malts. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Beige colored head. Sweet caramel and mild spices in the nose. Dark fruits, more residual sugars, caramel and mild banana bread flavors in the flavor. Sweet finish. Not much of a saison feel to it.

Litt mørk til å være saison synes jeg. Minner litt om en brown ale. Helt grei på smak og aroma.

Flaske. Lys karamell farget. Lavt karbonert ingen skumtopp. Smaker brent sukker. Ingen typisk saison i mine øyne men god

From bottle at Cardinal with BHK 22.12.15. Clear copper. Beige head and lacing. Moderate, but sweet aroma, with some berries and caramel. Simlar, and even sweeter taste, with syrup and sweet strawberrry jam. Moderate bitterness, berries, sweet malt and toffee lingering on.
