MBison (403), Southern Highlands, Australia Jun 29, 2008 Bottle (330ml) 4.4%. Poured very pale clear yellow with a small, rocky, white head which was fully diminishing. Aroma was of lychee cordial with a squeeze of lemon and lime, some grainy malts, white sugar and light notes of wet paper. Flavor was of watered down lychee cordial with a hint of lime, a hint of grain and some green grape skins in the finish. Very thin and watery. Light bodied with lively carbonation and a non-existent finish. I must admit I felt like a bit of a silly yak for buying this one.
gam (576), brisbane, Australia Feb 29, 2008 Weak head goes away to half lace cover, good brisk carbonation, aroma, vegetable, hop, grain.Flavour, hops, finish similar,no thanks. madquacker (505), Canberra ACT, Australia Jul 14, 2007 A pale yellow colour with fast disappearing head. Citrus and lemons predominate but abit too light on taste. That said, I thought it was good. vanvenlo (784), Glen Iris, Australia Jan 17, 2007 22 Apr 2006 - Sour sweet citrus aroma. Clear yellow colour, awful head and no lacing. Big citrus and sweet hop flavour. Tangy, thin hop finish. hoppingmad (11), albany creek, Australia Oct 17, 2006 I think this is one of the worst beers I have ever had. It is very rare that beer gets wasted in my household but this spent its last few moments swirling down my kitchen sink. I really feel sorry for anyone who has to drink this. And the website claims it to be award winning, well I really hope I never encounter the beers that got beaten by this one. The colour is good but that is about it. Leaves nasty bitter taste in the mouth. I would recommend avoiding this at all cost unless you have to drink something that is gluten free, then my thoughts are with you!
