Dark amber color with a white head. Aroma of caramel, fruits and some burnt malt.. Flavor was quite sweet. Ok aftertaste and bitterness. Clearly, a good beer compared to many of the other Romanian beers. rickgordon (3348), Göteborg, Sweden

Mahogany colour, pale white head. Lots of caramel and butterscotch (not diacetyl) in aroma. Flavour is loaded with butterscotch (not diacetyl) with licoricy suggestions. No malt focus in the body. One-dimensional Bock-style beer with low maltiness. charlotte (2036), Vanlřse, Denmark

How: Can 500ml. Consumed relatively fresh, about 2 months after the girlfriend bought it on location..
The look: Clear dark red body topped by a small beige head
In long: The nose is like a fake (powder) dark fruit juice. Taste is more of the same. Sugary dark fruits juice (mainly raisins) with a “fake juice” feeling and a hint of caramelized liquorice. And that’s about all there is to say about the flavour. Supposedly called a black beer over there, the thing is dark red. Another “gem” brought back to me by the girlfriend. She’s Romanian and it’s not her fault, after all she’s the girl that always stand by my side to help me through all my problems. Problems I wouldn’t have had I stayed single.
