dirt55 (65), Washington, USA Nov 27, 2008 tap, very cloudy/thick bright yellow pour with no head, wonderful citrus/malt aroma, taste of citrus, wheat, banana, and a light clove overtone, zero bite/bitterness on palate, excellent beer...hope bottled is anywhere close to this! robforbes (784), Bremerton, Washington, USA Nov 26, 2008 pours a semi-cloudy orange-yellow with a medium size thick white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a good lacing, heavy carbonation throughout.
smell is of wheat, touch of spice, and some bread yeast.
taste has a lively carbonation on the tongue, wheat, slight banana, some yeast in the back, there is a touch of spice, and ends somewhat on the thick side with a spicy aftertaste.
overall better than most of the silver city offerings.
