Draft at brewpub. Extremely cloudy banana pulp color. Very crisp, champagne-like body. Plenty of fruity banana flavor with light clove. Light, but full-flavored. Great for a hot day.

Nov 27, 2008 tap, very cloudy/thick bright yellow pour with no head, wonderful citrus/malt aroma, taste of citrus, wheat, banana, and a light clove overtone, zero bite/bitterness on palate, excellent beer...hope bottled is anywhere close to this!

Nov 26, 2008 pours a semi-cloudy orange-yellow with a medium size thick white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a good lacing, heavy carbonation throughout.
smell is of wheat, touch of spice, and some bread yeast.
taste has a lively carbonation on the tongue, wheat, slight banana, some yeast in the back, there is a touch of spice, and ends somewhat on the thick side with a spicy aftertaste.
overall better than most of the silver city offerings.

Aug 3, 2008 Look is very orange, almost like cloudy orange juice, white head. Aroma is citrus, banana, wheat, yeast. Taste is much the same as the aroma but with less citrus showing. Not bad.

May 22, 2008 Bottle. Cloudy dark yellow. Very light head. Zesty soft banana and bread aroma. Zesty refreshing taste. A bit chalky. Sour lemon edge. Light on the banana.
