Commercial Description:
Silver City Brewing Co. has recaptured the original flavor of this Bohemian lager. 100% barley malt, imported Saaz variety hops from Eastern Europe and uniquely suited soft, pure water of the Kitsap Peninsula provide that classic Pilsner character. True Bohemian yeast works slowly in the beer throughout its long, cold fermentation process and gives Gold Mountain Pilsner that smooth, clean, classic lager flavor.

Pale yellow no head.Not much in the way of aroma. Really boring, bland , muted flavours. Makes me wonder if Josh and I rated the same beer or keg.GCBF.

light pale clear yellow no head<br />a light aroma with some malt<br />small crisp taste with a touch of grass.

On tap at the brewery in Silverdale, WA--Poured a deep golden body with a pillowy white top. Creamy nose for a pils with a nice nutty and spicy hops character. This is one of the best Pilsners I have ever had. Honestly!

stylistically great. need a warm day and a beautiful hike to really make it hit the spot. Very smooth on my usual hoppy palate!

Fruity aroma, pours golden with a nice white head. Crisp finish with hoppiness. Satisfying malt presence.
