Commercial Description: A dry Irish stout specially crafted to celebrate the patron saint of Irelands special day. This black brew is silky smooth with a rich espresso like character from the use of deep roasted malts. Served with nitrogen gas for that classic, creamy head.
Tap @ Brewery: Black, light tan head, nice lacing. Nose of dry cocoa and mellow evaporated roast, light vanilla and distant sugars. Lacking balance, some goo nitro roast. Typical guinness clone, so close that it’s still bad.
