There’s a beer for everyone. Ridgetop Red is everyone’s beer. Full-bodied and smooth with a sweet caramel flavor balanced with Northwest Liberty hops for a refreshing finish.

Malt dominated beer that is still extremely drinkable. Aroma smells like condensed milk with caramelized apples! Color is an amazing dark brown/red. Taste is a malty caramel with a great hope balanced background.

Can from Cotteridge Wines; dark brown pour with a frothy beige head, aroma has malt loaf and red fruits with a hint of coffee, taste has dark fruits, some nutty action, sweet toffee.

Rating #1916 - 2015.09.24 #CraftTakesSeattle Beer 15 - Bottleshare - Pours a ruby amber. Aroma is caramel, toffee, lemon rind. Nice toffee sweetness, mild grassy, spicy hop bitterness that is barely there. Roasty malt forward Irish red.

Draft at the Auburn WA Applebee’s, while waiting for my tire to be replaced. Wish I had a better beer to wash down the tire emergency. Soapy cream on clear brown. Looks like a bad Schwarz. Sweet malty aroma. Banana, bitter grain, water. Tootsie. Some metallic bittering, only a hint of hops. Cola bitter finish. Truly boring.

Can: dark whiskey color. Sweet notes throughout. Aftertaste resembles flat Dr. Pepper. That sounds gross, but it melds well with the lighter hop flavor.

Well, it's a red. Don't particularly like it but it'll do. Dark as dark. Muddy. Aight.

It’s a dark amber color with just a smidgen of foam. Smells dominantly of its roasted malt. Taste is the same. Medium bodied with about as much carbonation as you’d expect. All in all, kind of boring and one not.

Pours copper with a beige head. Nose is sweet caramel malts. Medium body. Flavor s bit sweet. Some bitterness in finish. Pretty average.

Inviting aroma, pours beautifully and tastes like a fine red ale. A slightly off lingering aftertaste is all that stand between this beer being on of my favorite reds. Definitely sessionable.

355ml bottle. Deep amber/red shade. Lots of foam. Nose is waxy and leafy hops with some fruity orange character. Taste carries that through with a slight earthy, nutty sweetness. Seems well joined up. Nothing too exciting but perfectly fine.

On tap at Silver City, pours a cloudy amber with a small beige head. Aroma reveals light bready notes - not much else. Flavour is bland, with toasted bready notes. Very weak and bland. Okay, but not intriguing.
