Bomber. Aroma is bread, caramel, grain, dirty dishsoap. Muddy red/brown, white head that dissipates to a ring. Taste is caramel-sweet, grainy, only the slightest bit of bitterness. Light body, soft carbonation, short finish. Sticky mouth residue long after itís done, but during each sip the texture is thin. Overall: No idea how this is for the style (my first Irish ale as far as I can remember), but

I for one enjoy this. Itís quite malt forward; not getting a lot of hops. But the malts are abundant and delicious. Quite a bit of caramel notes. Recommended.

Draft pour. Pours reddish with a faint malt aroma. Flavor is mostly sweet malt flavor. Mild hops. Drinks easy. Nothing too special or different here, but not bad.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a dark reddish amber color with a moderate off white head on it. Nose is rather malty with a lot of bread and grains to it. Taste actumy has a bit of toasty caramel to it as well, which surprised me. Really interesting.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bomber from Hayduke that we had over facebook chat. An opaque amber pour under a tan head of tiny bubbles. A rich malty and floral aroma. Those are tasted. Soon I begin to taste toffee as what is tasted in Russell Stover candy. This is fairly dry and has some earth in it. Some syrup. Noble hops and they are in the after taste. Also a hint of citrus. The hops give a long lasting flavor when the glass is empty.

Dark amber color with creamy head. Itís just about the color, because it doesnít have much aroma, not much flavor, and low bitterness.

This Irish Red Ale pours a reddish amber brown with a caramel malty aroma that has a hint of earthiness to it. The beerís medium bodied while the carbonation gives it a sharp mouthfeel. The taste is soft caramel, bitter cacao & earthy herbal hops in the finish. Good stuff, a well made red.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Pours an amber red color with no head. Nose is malty and grainy for an ale. Taste is sweet, malty and syrupy. Strong caramel, without any decent flavor or taste. Finishes just as poorly as it starts. Leave it. Quaff Score 5 / 10
