Bottle from Jamestown S’Klallam Longhouse Market & Deli, Sequim
Light amber color, bright, with small creamy head. Aroma of biscuity malt and manure hops, tomato sauce, iron. Lean moutfeel, a bit oily; the malt flavor is a bit sweet and oily, with a light biscuity touch, followed by strong bitterness; the hopping is quite resiny.
Good but not exciting.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A: The beer pours a murky amber color with an off-white head.
S: A really nice fruitiness to the nose. Plenty of citrus (grapefruit) and tropical fruit (pineapple). A mild to moderate bread aroma and a bit of pine. Some other fruits come through such as apricots.
T: Things are much the same on the palate. Lots of grapefruit, decent pine, and pineapple. A bit on the sweeter side, but not overdone. Some bready malts and caramel. Moderate bitterness.
M: Medium in body with a medium level of carbonation.
O: Not a bad IPA. A bit sweet, but good nonetheless.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Amber-bronze colour. Lime leaf aroma with piney accents and an earthy, caramel malt backd6rop. Quite bitter up front, citrusy, but fading to a blander hop and surprisingly mild caramelly maltiness. The finish is slightly sticky, with moderate bitterness. Too shy.
