On tap at the brewery. I could smell this one coming. A very beautiful pour - just the right hint of gold to let you know that this is more than just hop tea. A hint of malt that hangs on through a sea of hoppiness. Good to the last drop. Could stand for a bit more body, but I’m not complaining.

With Z, a bomber, pours a dark copper rusty orange color with a beige head. Nose is hard pine and resin and less citrus. Taste is bittersweet, nicely so with strong pine and deeper resin. Finishes bitterly sweet on the same tasting notes with a moderately long ending . Quaff Score 6 / 10

Bomber. Pours a hazy copper orange with a beige head and sweet hoppy, citrus aroma. Taste is bitter, of hops, citrus, pine, and caramel notes leading to a dry, bitter finish.

Hazy copper color with a big head. Aroma is flowery, a little vegetative, with some citrus and caramel notes. Taste full, sweet, and bitter. Not having nearly enough hops to balance it out this beer is rather on the sweet, almost cloying side. Good bitterness in the palate helps somewhat, but overall the impression is of too much and not enough

Clear orange with a white head. Candied citrus fruit, grapefruit, sweet malts. Medium bodied. Like many if Silver Cuty’s brews, this is not complex, just straight forward and solid.

Draft - Sweet grapefruit and caramel. Clear dark gold with a decent white head. Lots of resin with a nice balanced bitterness and caramel. Not bad.

Pours golden with an amber hue. It has a brilliant sweet citrus hop aroma. That same characteristic from the hops comes through strongly in the flavor. Surprisingly light for a beer at 8.5.

Rated on 3-19-2013. This bottled beer pours a medium sized fizzy off-white head that mostly diminishes. The aroma is citrus, pine hops, grapefruit, and caramel malt. The flavor is citrus hops, moderately bitter, caramel malt, and has a semi-dry finish. This beer’s mouthfeel is moderate carbonation and this beer is light-medium bodied. This is a sipping beer. It is a hop head beer and too hoppy tasting for my palate.

Bomber courtesy of Brooke (thanks!). Rust orange pour with a dirty white head. Aroma of herbal, grass, pine, little bread. Tastes are sweet caramel, grapefruit, lemon. Thick oily palate. Pine bitter in the dry finish. This had been sitting for a while, so may be different than fresh. Well put together though.

Poured from bottle to glass. Copper hue with off white head that dissipated to a ring. Huge aroma of malt, honey, tangelo, Lilikoi, melon, grapefruit, papaya. Mouthfeel is great with a medium body and crisp carbonation. Taste is malt sweetness throughout with a wonderful hop bitterness in the finish and finishing clean. Overall this is a great brew!
