Appearance: Pours a clear, orangey-amber body sporting a thin ring of whiteish bubbles.
Smell: Grainy aroma with little bit of caramel and a scent of floral, spicy hops.
Taste: Light caramel maltiness, some toasted grains. A splash of sweet apple juice. Very mild hop bitterness. Overall sweetish finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Light and easily drinkable, sure, but there are many better representatives in the style to be had.

12oz bottle brought back from La Boddega. Pours a clear bright golden amber with a small tight head. Sweet honey and caramel malt, crisp grass with light cracker on the back. Taste is as the nose suggests...light honey, cracker malt and grassy hops...however, there is this unpleasant skunkiness on the end that isn’t working for me. Too bad, other wise a decent little lager.

Very dark for a Vienna. Taste is pleasant, but dryish lager aftertaste. Rated 8/13/02

(draft) Crystal clear light golden with off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, grassy, floral. Taste is mild sweet turning Bohemian hoppy, finishing mild grassy bitter. Light body and smooth, ok crispness. Pleasant everyday lager that's legit but shouldn't scare off the BMC crowd.

On draft at the Pumphouse in Fairbanks AK (don’t go to this restaurant by the way). Reddish amber with a thin head and very light caramel beer not unlike a light bodied Vienna. Kinda boring but well done.

Poured quite a dark amber with a small, off-white head. Notes of light malt and cereal/biscuit. Quite a sweet malt presence in the body and across the back of the palate as you swallow. I surprisingly heavy body to it with a medium sweetness. Fizzy carbonation and a long finish produce an overall mediocre beer. Feels a little too heavy to be a lager, but so it is. I’m devoted to the brewery because I adore the Fairbanks area. Try this beer if you can but it is not your typical lager.

Bottle: Poured a copper orange color with a thin off white to tan head. Aroma is sweet a little butterscotch. Taste is nice mix of hops and sweet malts, finish is a bit gritty.

Poured out a light amber brew with a mid sized light tan head that retains fairly decent enough. The aroma is sweet, caramelly and some bread, touch of grass and some mild tropical fruits. The taste was nice and crisp. Soft fruits, a light bitterness, caramel and light spice. Smooth but a light too light.

12 oz. bottle from La Bodega in Anchorage; clear dark amber with trace off-white head; aromas of stale candy malts, white sugar and a little orange; mild sticky mouthfeel coating the teeth with stale malt and honey; thin and light; blah
