A prominently aromatic American Hefeweizen, bananas and cloves dominate the nose, while a hint of vanilla sits on the finish. Fermented with traditional yeast and left unadulterated for a true fusion of tradition with the modern.

Growler from Silver Gulch. Cloudy yellow/orange with a white head. Aroma of typical banana/clove hef yeast, wheat malt and light lemon. Flavor is malty with a tart yeast profile. Medium to light body with average carbonation. Solid Hef all around.
