This American IPA pairs a traditional malt base with Pacific Northwest hops, a dry finish with a piney/spicy/earthy aroma that accents a crisp and flavorful unfiltered body.

Light golden, bubbly head. Aroma is citrusy hop with a touch of pine. Earthy, slightly mushroomy character. Moderate bitterness with a slightly biscuity malt sweetness.

Draft at Silver Gulch. Clear golden color with a white head and good lacing. Mild aroma of citrus and sweet malt. Sweet cereal malt flavor, a little too weak on the hops. Clean and crisp mouthfeel with average carbonation. Average.

On tap @ Silver Gulch. Clear yellow/amber with a white head. Aroma of citrus, floral hops and light bready malt. Flavor is mostly bitter hops with a soft malt presence. Medium body with a clean, dry, bitter finish. Very nice IPA, clean and bitter with great hop character.
