On tap at the brewery. Nice and crisp with some spice hop aroma. Beer has great lacing. Not too bad for a lager!

A light amber pilsner. The aroma is of green and peppery noble hops. I really like it in the mouth, plenty of honeyed malts and long-lasting hop bitterness which makes it eminently drinkable. It’s a real snappy pilsner.

On draft at the brewpub in Bend, Oregon. Pours a light golden color with small white head and light lacing. Nose of of light caramel malts and grassy hops. Light body and enough carbonation to give the mouthfeel some liveliness. Flavor is kind of classic for the style showing some bitterness that carries over into the finish.

GABF 2010. Pours a light golden good carb and nice white head. Aroma has nice fresh bready pils malts, biscuit, toast, herbal and grassy hops- mostly fresh. Flavor is also grassy, herbal hops on toast, slight grainy grittiness from the husky crackery malts, light pils, bread, mineral and sharp bitterness in the end. Bitter finish hurts it a bit.

Draught; This was to my mind an ugly beer. No head, piss yellow colour, no lacing. Faint rather pleasant aroma of new mown hay. Malty flavour with a rather nice hop edge. Good hop finish. Light enough in alcohol to be a session beer.

Had this on tap at Bailey’s Taproom in Portland, OR. Colour... very light golden straw. Nose... very faint hops and grain. Palate... some hops and honeysuckle up front, fairly crisp then a quick grainy finish.

My tasting notes are unreadable - all except for the part where I liken it to piss in appearance, taste, and aroma.

At the Brewpub.
Good golden color ,slightly hazy with the chill on this very hot sunny day.Great lace.
Nice aroma, mainlly malty but spicey hops present.
Light but hoppy flavour, light buscuity malt.
Nice mouthfeel..quite slick.
Drinkability was the great point..afer 6 hours in the hot Central Oregon sun..this just dissapeared in a couple of gulps.
