BückDich (4793), McCall, Idaho, USA Mar 9, 2005 Sampled draught at Silver Moon Brewing, Bend Very nice creamy head on a brilliant orange color with thick lacing. Nose of spicy caramel with a nice rich body and an earthy finish.
anders37 (4516), Malmö, Sweden Dec 24, 2008 Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a malty hoppy caramel aroma. Sweet malty caramel flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a sweetish malty caramel finish. beerinmarch (2781), Alabama, USA Apr 8, 2007 Muddy amber ale that tasted like a mess. The flavor was obstructed by lots of yeast flavor, hops were overly bitter without much floral character. I thought this beer was watery and just all around funky. Tasted like they didn’t let this beer settle after it fermented, like they just pulled it out of the fermenter to soon and just served it. harlequinn (2745), Tacoma, Washington, USA Mar 21, 2006 A brilliant amber, I am usually not a big fan of this style. This was delicious, rich caramel and toffee, applie pie spice, and some really tasty doughy malts. Crit (2399), New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada Jun 19, 2007 Tap at Pub beside Bend Brewing : Cloudy amber, small beige head.Malt and citrus hop nose.More of the same in the flavor. Very nicely balanced. ABUSEDGOAT (1934), California, USA Jan 17, 2008 Amber bodied. Aroma is light like their other beers. Some fruity notes, caramel, floral. Bland yet again. Medium to light body, once again not a lot of character. Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA Mar 8, 2005 Dark amber, almost a mahogany with spotty lacing. Sweet citrus aromas. Sweet caramel with a touch of earth and spices. Soapy flavors with a mellow floral taste. Slightly bitter with a good malt backing. Tangy and spicy palate with an earthy finish
BuckeyeBoy (1645), Boise, Idaho, USA Jun 1, 2007 On tap Pours out a amber topped with a nice head. A hoppy and yeast aroma. Not to bad.
