harlequinn (2745), Tacoma, Washington, USA Mar 21, 2006 A brilliant amber, I am usually not a big fan of this style. This was delicious, rich caramel and toffee, applie pie spice, and some really tasty doughy malts. Reid (1085), Salem, Oregon, USA Jun 29, 2009 Dont remember much,LOL. After 5 pints of the pilsner..but my scribbled notes says.
Nice malty, smooth amber ale, with a good hopppy background.

Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA Mar 8, 2005 Dark amber, almost a mahogany with spotty lacing. Sweet citrus aromas. Sweet caramel with a touch of earth and spices. Soapy flavors with a mellow floral taste. Slightly bitter with a good malt backing. Tangy and spicy palate with an earthy finish
Crit (2399), New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada Jun 19, 2007 Tap at Pub beside Bend Brewing : Cloudy amber, small beige head.Malt and citrus hop nose.More of the same in the flavor. Very nicely balanced. IndianaRed (1553), Boise, Idaho, USA Jun 16, 2007 On Tap at the brewpub. Deep copper color witha creamy off white head. Malty caramel aroma with a touch of hops. Flavor was nice and malty. Some swetness and just enough bitterness to balance. Not bad. hayduke (1621), Eureka, California, USA Sep 27, 2009 From a 22 oz bottle purchased at the Market of Choice in Eugene, Oregon this poured a a clear amber with moderate off-white head. The lacing was average. There a very malty nose and with light floral hops aromas. Medium mouthfeel. Caramel malt flavors dominate and the finish is somewhat sweet. OK for the style. BuckeyeBoy (1645), Boise, Idaho, USA Jun 1, 2007 On tap Pours out a amber topped with a nice head. A hoppy and yeast aroma. Not to bad.
