COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Originally brewed as a celebration beer for the newly wed Crown Prince of Bavaria in 1810 Oktoberfest lager style has become a world renowned beer of fall! With our house lager yeast we cold ferment our Oktoberfest contributing a crisp spicy finish. A mild hop bitterness from German and Czech hops compliments this spicy nose. German pilsner & pale malts with a touch of Honey malt give a brilliant copper color and slightly sweet caramel taste. ZOPHA!!
