Draft @ Silver Peak. Pours a clear, bright golden-brown color; off-white head with solid fine-bubbled lacing. Light, crisp aroma of toasty malts, cereal, and that basic Silver Peak house character (a mixture of subdued red fruits, cereal, and cola); light. Medium mouthfeel: lots of toasted maltiness, light fruitiness, basic grains and hints of honey; a fairly developed, mostly clean lager with a SP house toastiness and light grainy character; very crisp, decently drinkable. Lasting, toasty finish: hugely toasty, cereal, nicely dry and lightly bitter.
