Indian Pale Ales are the hoppiest style of beer, and this one won't disappoint. We use generous amounts of Cascade and Mt. Hood hops, with a final dry hopping in the serving vessel that gives this beer its signature bitterness.

On tap @ Silver Peak. Hazed orange pour with a white head. Sugary orange nose. A lot of grass as well. Some floral notes, bread, and a subtle earthiness. Lots of orange and floral notes on the tongue. Good bready malt, some bitterness, but an overall sweetness that is just too much. Slight astringency on the finish.

Orange colored body with medium sized white head and soapy lacing. Modest florals, citrus, and grapefruit. Mild crackery malts throughout. Medium. Bodied with moderate to gentle carbonation, rounded finish with modest bitterness.

Comes out of the tap a pretty clear amber, and off-white head leaves some heavy lacing. Strong aroma is quite hoppy and inviting if you like hops. Fiercely hoppy flavor is quite bitter and has woody and fruity notes. Texture has strong fizz and good body.

On draft at the restaurant.
Aroma: citrus, tangerine, pine, apple
Taste: citrus/tangerine/floral hop notes, bready
This was a great IPA, had a firm bitterness that kept the malts in check. An amazing hop bouquet.

[Tap] Pours a light copper color with a dense white head. Crisp citrus hops and caramel malts in the nose. The taste is straightforward and moderately hoppy. Lemon and orange zest are the primary flavors here. Mild malts don’t balance this one out quite right. Bitter and a bit astringent in the finish. Good looking lacing. A pretty average IPA overall.

On tap- Hazy golden color with a decent head which fades to some lacing. Aroma of fresh grain & hops. Slightly crisp with citrus & hops. Has a bitter finish. Seems quite well balanced. Not overpowering like some IPAs. Enjoyable brew. More of a traditional IPA, well worth a try.

6 ounce sample on tap at the brewpub. Lemony, citrus hops in the aroma with some unpleasant soapiness. A little spice is also detected. Mildly hazy dark golden body with a nice creamy off-yellowish head present with nice lacing. A little spicy hoppiness is present to start. Some lemony notes also present themselves, Dry, toasted maltiness is the middle. Not too much else going on late. Lacking hops.
