Brown in color with small head. Nice roasted grain aroma. Flavor is malty with lots of roasted grain. Very flavorful. Light/medium body. Great drinking.

Tap @ brewpub. A dark amber mahogany color with an off-white head. A nice rich malty body with lots of hops. This is the way I like my amber ales.

Clear dark amber, slightly citric, very hoppy, well balanced and with a clear center. A manageable flavor experience.

Had on tap at the brewpub in St. Helena. Light copper appearance, slight white head, fresh sprucey aroma. Citrusy, nutty flavor. Good, thick mouthfeel. Very decent amber for a brewpub. My choice for a pint out of the sampler.

Draft at brewpub. Copper color with a nose of malt and caramel. Flavor is surprising, with good malt backbone and some nice hoppy caramel characters. Good finish.
