Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain, cookie, caramel), lightly hoppy (flowers, herbs), with a note of honey. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, lightly to moderately alcoholic. As with the stout, a fine creation. Beer is hazy, medium caramel brown with a medium-sized, creamy, off-white, clingy, diminishing, but mostly lasting head.<P>The aroma is malty with moderate-to-heavy notes of toasted grain, caramel, moderate note of butterscotch, light note of biscuit; Hoppy with a trace of herb; Yeasty with moderate notes of basement, dough; Light miscellaneous notes of alcohol, moderate tropical fruit.<P>The flavor is moderate-to-heavily sweet, lightly acidic, trace bitter with a long, light-to-moderately sweet, lightly bitter, lightly acidic finish. Carmel-heavy retros.<P>The body is medium-to-full, the texture is velvety and the carbonation is fizzy.<P>Well done, nice.
