Milder, fast langweilig herber Antrunk. Etwas muffige Getreidenoten, wässrig, minimal malzig. Herb würziges Finish, auch hier aber zu mild. 8/6/6/6/7/6

It’s golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread and flower- The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, brad, grass, flower and the finish is slightly dry and grassy/bready...

(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a thick but not very persistent foamy white head. Sweet grainy and bready malt aroma with a touch of biscuits and shy hoppy notes. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Well-matured malt-character with cara-malt, bready and delicately hoppy taste; rounded malty and mildly hoppy finish. A well-made hearty brew (15.VII.09).

Bottle (directly sent from the Bodensee!): Golden, indeed, big fluffy - sloly collapsing - white head; solid sweetish-grainy nose, medium bodied, soft MF, moderate sweetish flavour; slightly lingering sweet-grainy and less hoppy finish. A grain accented, but still well balanced Helles..........

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear golden yellow, large white head. Malty nose. Medium-bodied, intensively malty, very slightly fruity with some spicy aromatic and bitter hops with a grassy character.
