* Old rating. Thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle. Best before 08.10. Nice round and smooth Pils. Slightly sweetish, fresh. Grainy with a nice bitter finish without being too deep.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig malzig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig bitter, malzig, leicht würzig.

It’s clear golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of sweet, dusty straw and malt. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of straw, malt, grain and light flower, and the finish is pleasantly dry.

330ml bottle (One Pint, Helsinki, AugustFest2010)
5 Quite sickly plasticky aroma, almost like a heller bock
2 Bright gols, brief, alost fizzy, head.
6 Very perfumey retronasals, full grainy taste, some wooliness. Good balance, but certainly relatively malt dominated for a pils.
3 Refreshing palate, crisp carbonation. Very refreshing. Finish wooly and bitter.
12 Good Pils.

Bottle (Danke, Friedrichshafen!): Clear, pale greenish-golden, quite stable white head; pale malt and some aromatic hops in the nose; solid sweet-bitter taste, light bodied, soft MF; soft - as well - lingering hoppy and pale-malty finish. Fine, almost great Pilsener.......

MoritzF (8676) - Bochum, GERMANY - MAY 26, 2009
(33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly sweet and grainy pale malty aroma with herbal hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Slightly chalky and grainy malt-character with a present and well-balanced hops profile; pretty dry and moderately bitter finish. Good Pilsener in the classical way (26.V.09).

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear pale golden yellow, small white head. Hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, pleasantly malty in the background, lovely hoppy flavours with a resiny-grassy and herbal touch. Rather spicy, with a bitter-sweet finish.

Tap. Transparent and magnifying pale gold in color with a sudsy white, 3/4" head. Clean, fresh cotton rises up the nose, ringing in with musty lemon brushed corn stalks, gardenias, fresh hops, canned peach juice and dryer sheets. Slight sprits is encountered when put to the mouth, met with a holistic bread shop boutique. Bready armament joins brisk lemon edges and clean, earthen green hops. Honey brushed grass stems meet a floral flavor and sugar sense, harkening on freshly harvested willow wheat. Starchy baguette and flour flavor further the movement. A hoppier rendition, quite balanced, and damn refreshing. Bright, sweet wheat stalks and grass techniques cruise along light caramel cubes melted with butter on top of graham crackers. Herbal, big bosom hardrolls and lemon butter bring us home.
