Pours clear pale straw with small white head. Smells like the only liquid yoghurt available in Communist Poland years ago. Strawberries and mild. What the hell is it doing in my beer?! Rough, malty and bready flavour with notes of hops and, yes, that freaking Polish youghurt of yesteryears. Mildly bitter aftertaste. God, no more pseudonostalgia like that, please.

From a restaurant in Esch-Sauer, Luxembourg. Thin and watery with almost no aftertaste, even the flies and wasps avoided it. Disappointing Euro-fiz.

Bottle bought in Luxembourg. I had quite a few speciality grains and enjoyed some of them and didn’t some of them as well. So no expectations since I found out that (at least the mainstream part) the Luxembourg beers are not really nice / good. This one comes with a hazy hazelnut brown colour with low steady head and medium body. Nose of dark whole grain bread. Taste of malt, whole grains, dark bread, nuts and hops. Light sour finish. Okay, drinkable, but nothing special.
