Bottle 33 cl. Tasted yesterday with William. Almost clear lightyellow color (with lightgreen shine), with a fine white head. Aroma fruits, grains, malts, (sarazen), sour touch . Medium body. Taste sweet, grains, malts, spice, hopsbitterness, refreshing.

Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Saarlander. Extremely pale yellow with a tall white head. Diacetyl and chestnut in the nose. A lot of diacetyl in the taste. A bit acidic. I didn’t really enjoy this beer. Thanks a lot Aaron!

Pours a mellow orange amber color. Aromas of wheat, grapes, some spice. In the flavor there are hints of orange, grapes, with a slight hoppy bitter finish.

Bottle conditioned. Gold beaten to the point of transparency under a rocky whip of suds, lacing ornately. Fresh herbal and yeasty aroma pitched halfway between unfiltered German helles and Belgian Blonde or saison; pollen, lime, honey, dung and a dab of butter beckoning the drinker in. Insubstantial beyond with a tickle of herbal hop, honey, houmous, buttered Cream Crackers. The initial spritz burns itself out pretty quickly, but the lace remains. Refreshing and slight. The best Luxembourgian beer I’ve had to date.

Bart (2940) - Brussels, BELGIUM - MAR 24, 2009
Light hazy yellow coloured beer with some very light carbonation and an average white head. Sweet hoppy aroma, light unraisen dough hints. Medium palate. FInish is sweet-bitter hoppy, with some grassy-grainy hints. Very medium, not my kind of beer.

Bottle from Auchan. Pours a yellowy, bordering on watery, slightly cloudy, thin white head. Nose is banana and some malt vinegar, with some herb butter, like they serve with the steak at our staff canteen on a friday. Mouth is quite bitter at first, rounding itself with some herb and pepper and a touch of alcohol. Finishes a little wheaty, a little bitter, but very normal. Quite an easy drinker.
