A hazed amber ale with a thin creamy lacing off white head. In aroma, fruity biscuit malt with nice Cascade hops and light butterscoch. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with floral hops, with resinous character and butterscotch.

UPDATED: JUN 10, 2013 It tasted a lot different then I thought it would be and compared to other IPA’s out there . Interesting enough but I did not like it as a session beer, the taste was a bit weird after a few of these, but good to drink at least one as it was something new for my taste buds.

La Cascade est ambré, translucide et montre un collet qui tient bien. L’effervescence et les bulles sont invitantes !
Les arômes de malt et d’herbes se marient très bien. Du caramel se cache en note de fond.
C’est très complet dans le goût : du sucre, du malt caramélisé et le goût acide de pamplemousse (classique Cascade) en entrée. L’amertume vient fesser en finale, pour donner à cette IPA un bon gros thumbs up !

A decent IPA. Coppery pour with an off-white head. Aroma of citrus hops and sweet malts, but a little sour smelling too. Taste follows... up front hops, but fairly well balanced with the malt. Honestly, nothing standout here. Pretty standard; drinkable, but nothing to bring me back again.

Si l’on aime le houblon Cascade, cette bière de Brasseurs Illimités est un must. Puissante mais pas envahissante, dosée mais complexe. Belle couleur laiton foncé sous une mousse légèrement couleur crème, amertume agréable et arrière-goût rappelant le raisin.

Bouteille de 341ml, robe cuivrée, arôme très floral, goût de houblon (cascad.e) et de caramel. L’une des très bonne IPA au Qc

Aroma: Cascade hop is everywhere with it’s citrus notes and herbal accents.
Appearance: Hazy dark blond with long lasting creamy head sticking well to glass.
Taste: Attack is very hoppy with notes of caramel and soda biscuit. The robustness of the cascade is taking a lot of space and is very persistent giving this beer a lot of character. Ashy aftertaste is adding to strong character. An excellent IPA, strong, tough, bitter that will please IPA lovers.

Pours a clear golden brown with an off white head that dissipates quickly but leaves nice lace. Smells of sweet caramel and citrus. Taste is sweet roasted malts up front but then is very soon balanced by the great Cascade hop. Very nice single hop ipa.

Pours a clear golden brown. Aroma heavy in malts. This tastes like an old bee but no bottle date. Not good

Bel robe orange, odeur d’agrume, Pour une IPA américaine, l’Amertume est douce, pas très sucré, très rafraîchissante, manque un peu de personalité pour se démarquer des autres IPA mais ça se boit bien.
