341 ml bottle. Pours a foggy, orange amber with a nice white head. Smells very strongly of citrus. Also tastes of citrus, mainly grapefruit, lemon and lime. Nice citrus bitterness. Somewhat thin bodied, alcohol is imperceptible. Carbonation level is just fine. A great, tasty, fruit-flavored IPA.

Strong aromas of hop that is traduced to a heavy bitterness taste. It also has a good sweet taste.

Aroma: strongly aromatic. Grapefruit, citrus dryness with caramel sugars. Very west coast. 8-
Appearance: hazed amber with very large frothy off white top. Sparse lace. 4-
Body , Flavour , Palate and Final Notes: soft medium plus bodied. Mildly oily texture , very smooth mellow with soft fragrant hop notes. Very clean , very drinkable. Brew that I could have few pints just to pay price for it next night. Highly recommended.

Pours a transparent golden honey with excellent head retention. Huge, foamy, white head. Nose is overwhelmingly fruity and citrusy at first, with a huge blast of grapefruit up-front, then peaches, apricots, maraschino cherries, lollipops, grassy, herbal, floral, perfume, and caramel. Mouthfeel is medium-thin with moderate carbonation. Taste is like a mouthful of fresh citrus and red cherries followed by caramel malt, ash, charcoal, grass, orange peels, barn floor, finishing very dry and slightly woody with bitter hops throughout. A beautiful contrast between the nose and taste: from delicate and sweet, to a musty and bitter charcoal and turf.

UPDATED: JUL 27, 2011 341mL bottle from Broue Ha Ha. Pours a hazy copper with a small bubbly head. Aroma is, well, cascade hops on top of a thin malt body. Smells kind of sour too. But thankfully the flavour is fine, with some awesome hoppy bite upfront met with dryness of an earthy variety, sweet simple caramalt backbone, rounded out with delicious hop flavour. Very minor booze presence, but also some of that odd ’cocoa’ aspect I sometimes get from west coast hops. If you like cascade hops, you’ll like this. Delicious.

Draught at Vices & Versa, Montréal, QC.
Clear amber colour with tiny white head. Fruity American hoppy aroma. Pure citrusy grapefruity piney hoppiness. Exotic fruits, mild bitterness and hoppy bitterness in flavour. Bitterness is quite mild. Very drinkable and enjoyable.
