Bouteille 341ml.

Bottle. Moderately flowery aroma with good backing malt. Nice malt, then spice and hops throughout particularly in the finish. Nice moderate IPA. Well balanced. Tasty hops, sweetness and nice biscuity malt.

Nice floral aroma, some citrus and honey notes. Quite malty with a good amount of hops. Medium bitter finish. A decent ipa.

Bottle ( 341ml ). Shared with blankboy and garthicus, via trade with JulienHuxley. Clear amber, smallish off-white head. Dry leafy aroma, some citrus zest - a bit sweet. Taste - pungently bittter, dry, pungent and slightly tart, plenty of dry yeast - some alcohol, and the citrus begins to dominate. Strong carbonation, average body ... dry, spicy, slightly sour linger. Better than the regular IPA.

Thanks to HogTownHarry for sharing this with Blankboy and I. Appearance: Nice golden orange with a small but lasting off white head. Aroma: Nice pine and hops, some light fruit, citrus. Not bad. Flavour: Quite malty, lots of bitter pine, nice sharp mouthfeel, long pleasant bitter finish.

Bottle : Clear dark organge, soft carbonation, small beige head. Powerfull grapefruit nose. It’s citrusy. This one is hop focus and a most drink for hop head like me. Probably the best Ipa I had this year.

[bottle] Excellent caramel and potent cascade hops aroma. Clear bronze topped by a thin, white cover. Spicy melanoidiny malt with a healthy dose of diacetyl caramel that works well with potent pine and grapefruit hops. Moderate to medium bitterness. Slightly bitter finish, medium body, moderate carbonation.

Bottle: Poured a deep clear copper color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops with some bitter hoppy notes is interesting. Taste is also dominated by citrus notes with a bitter finish which leaves just a little room for the caramel malt. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nothing to really complain about here expect that I must admit that I personally don’t enjoy Cascade that much and find it better with part of a balanced mix of other hops.
