Full-bodied and proud! This amber-hued lager may be an Octoberfest-style beer, but it is available to be enjoyed year round. A strong, robust micro-brewed lager, using imported 2- row Pale malt and 2 distinct Munich specialty malts, Sin City Amber balances its full-bodied, malt character with imported German Hallertauer hops.

Pours a clear amber with a thin white head. A slight toasted and bready aroma with some cereal grains. Nice mouthfeel but this is rather simplistic offering slight flavors of toasted bread and cereal grains.

On draught at the Las Vegas Sports Lounge at the airport. The beer pours a clear dark ambe color with a medium thin off-white head that diminishes quickly. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of grainy malt and mild hops. Light body with flavors of sweet caramel malt and grain, along with touches of druit and hops. The finish is sweet and malty at first and leaves a short light hoppy aftertaste. Average overall.

Pours an light amber with a small white cap. Aroma is honey and malt. Taste is light malt, honey and caramel. OK beer but I expected a little more to this.

Tap at Venetian location. Copper orange appearance with a small off white head. Amber malts and a bit of nuttiness in the nose. Nutty and fairly sweet amber malty flavor. A touch too sweet for my taste.

Stuck at the LV airport last night for a couple hours, this was the only non macro on tap. It was surprisingly drinkable. So much so that I had two. Decent clear ruddy pour with a thin cream colored head. Not a lot in the nose, but some dried fruit and caramel. A bit of iced tea in the flavor added to the aroma influences. Somewhat sweet, caramel and a bit earthy as well.

Tap, Burger Bar at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas. Headless bronze. Unsubtle peardrop aroma with alcohol showing, and some English-like caramel and aniseed. Autumnal apple and blackberry fruit, wash of caramel stillness. Lacks body and condition; bit of an end of festival feel to it.

Draught at Pour 24, Las Vegas, NV. Clear amber, minimal head. Slight caramel and red apples. Sweet with clean mouthfeel and light-medium body. Slightly apply with caramel and butter. Tinny finish. A Las Vegas style supericial interpretation of the style.

Draft in Vegas. Medium amber, decent head. Light sweet malty aroma, little else. Flavor matched - sweet, not hoppy. Never would have picked this as a lager - there was a slight fruity touch present amongst the malts that came across as an ale. But style aside, it was just sort of a boring beer.
