COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Full-bodied and proud! This amber-hued lager may be an Octoberfest-style beer, but it is available to be enjoyed year round. A strong, robust micro-brewed lager, using imported 2- row Pale malt and 2 distinct Munich specialty malts, Sin City Amber balances its full-bodied, malt character with imported German Hallertauer hops.

On tap at New York Casino. Wait, they gave me this in a plastic cup. What the hell. Why don’t they just pours it into my mouth. Anyway, with the cup and a terrible pour it is a light amber with no head. The aroma and taste are similar; light caramel malts and some hops.

2.5 is about right for this beer. It’s a carbon copy of Gordon Biersch Marzen, which is a very mediocre beer.

According to tender this amber is an oktoberfest lager. Great use of malts slighlty sweet which added to balance. Crystal clear, copper with long lasting thick white head. served in plastic glasse3s in the mall below planet hollywood which used to be the alladin

16 oz. draft at Sin City in Miracle Mile Shops - Planet Hollywood Casino, Las Vegas. Pour is clear orange with no head. Aroma, a touch of spicy German hops and not much else. Taste is fairly boring, with a somewhat unpleasant chemical element to the finish. Served way too cold. This was also available at the Airport bar in McCarran near Gate C22.

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2008 Tap at Sin City. Nice easy sipping little marzen. Some sweet bock-like qualities. Pretty enjoyable.

draft at "pub"-call me crazy, or quality beer deprived being in vegas, but I enjoyed this. Crisp, flavorful malt with spices with some nice subtle earthy bitterness.

On tap at Dick’s in Excalibur. Gold with a good head. Too much vanilla flavour. Additional notes of burnt nuts providing a bitter edge.

Tap at a stand outside the strip’s entrance to Treasure Island in Las Vegas. Had a spicy aroma and sweet malt. Amber body with thin head and served in a plastic cup. Malt texture of this beer after drinking it just sat in the bottom of gut and the spice didn’t help the palate either. All in all not the best beer but just a malted sludge spice beer.

On tap. This was a very thin tasting beer with not a whole lat going on. I was just happy to see this place after only seeing fat tire on tap as the only decent tap.
