COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Full-bodied and proud! This amber-hued lager may be an Octoberfest-style beer, but it is available to be enjoyed year round. A strong, robust micro-brewed lager, using imported 2- row Pale malt and 2 distinct Munich specialty malts, Sin City Amber balances its full-bodied, malt character with imported German Hallertauer hops.

UPDATED: JUL 26, 2014 Sampled on draft this beer poured a caramel amber color with a large creamy yellow-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was sweetish and malty bread and a tangy undertone. The flavor was tangy and malty bread dough, toffee, a bit sour and a touch off. Medium length finish. Medium body and smooth. Meh.

Pours clear amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, apples and floral. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the Venetian bar. It’s a more or less clear one, amber in color and with a small off-white head. The aroma has some caramel, apples and generic fruityness. Some bitterness in the mouth, but as for the aroma, there not much of anything. Dry, medium bodied with a pleasant carbonation. Short finish. Rather boring this one, but quenching. 130820

Medium amber with no head in a plastic cup at the flamingo in Vegas. Slightly caramel aroma and flavor. Meh. It’s an amber pretty standard.
