Draft. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate earthy balanced aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and lively carbonation. Moderate bittersweet flavor with a moderate bittersweet finish of medium duration. This beer met my expectations.

A hazed amber IPA with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, caramel malt with citrusy hops, a bit resinous, not bad. In mouth, a nice roasted caramel malt with grassy floral hops, interesting. On tap at GB Boca Park, August 9 2012.

Tap at Venetian location. Light golden orange appearance with a white head. Pale malts with mild hops in the nose. Floral hops with a bit of a bite in the flavor. Bitter finish with possibly a cleanser off taste.

On tap at Sin City in the PH Concourse. Burnt orange, slightly hazy, orange-tinted head. Aroma is sweet toffee with some underlying floral hops. Flavour is the same, with a generous amount of toffee malt overpowering the citrus and floral hops on the palate. Almost more of an English style IPA.

Tap at Sin City Miracle Mile in Vegas. Cloudy orange pour with a soapy head. Dusty earthy hops and some bready notes. Sweetness is a bit cloying.

A traditional British IPA the sign says, and I’d have to agree. Not nearly as hoppy as American IPAs, it has a nice look and fine hop aroma. The flavor is pretty standard fare. Glad to see he’s finally doing seasonals.

This was the special? English IPA On tap at one of the locations in Vegas. Unsure where I was, but the brewer was there pouring taps. Orange body with an off-white head. Aroma is hay with spicy floral hops. The brewer mentioned using Willamette hops. Flavor was decent. Some grapefruit and caramel malts. Average palate.

This poured a darker amber color with a beige head. Aroma was medium citrusy hops, light roast and some astringency. Flavor was a bit metallic and salty, bitter and citrus hops, a bit harsch but flavorful

(draft @ Sin City Brewing Company - Las Vegas, NV) Orange/copper color with a fluffy and lasting white head. Aroma is loaded with citrusy hop notes along with some flowery hints near the end. Very juicy. Flavor is a nice citrus bite at the start with a very bitter and fruity middle. Bitterness surprisingly disappears and leaves a mild fruityness mixing with some citrus. Not bad.
