A traditional Irish Dry Stout, Sin City Stout is a strong beer at 6% alcohol by volume. It is a full, richly flavored beer with a roasted, coffee-like taste and a hint of chocolate balanced with an abundant hop profile that delivers a satisfying dry finish. A thick creamy head rests on top and holds the rich roasted aromatic qualities in the glass. This is truly the darker side of sin!

On tap at the Venetian bar. It’s a dark brown to black beer with a dense, tan head leaving lacings. Roasted aroma with some coffee and dark chocolate. There’s more emphasis on the chocolate and coffee in the flavor, it’s quite dry on the palate, with a very soft carbonation. Or nitrogenation or whatever it is. Medium body. Dry, roasted finish. A quite decent stout. 130820

Pours a clear dark black with a red tinge & a big frothy brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee & sweet chocolate. Taste is roasted malts, chocolate and coffee. Overall it is pretty good but the chocolate adds a bit too much sweetness & it isn’t as dry as it should be. But it is still very easy drinking.

Strong sour milk aroma. Very heavy and thick. The flavor was bland with no unique accents of flavor. -- cheers

Draught at the pub inside the Flamingo, Las Vegas
Black color, with creamy head. Light aroma of roasted malt. Decent flavor of roasted malt and some chocolate, moderate residual sweetness, but it has just too much liquorice.
Not bad.
