A traditional Irish Dry Stout, Sin City Stout is a strong beer at 6% alcohol by volume. It is a full, richly flavored beer with a roasted, coffee-like taste and a hint of chocolate balanced with an abundant hop profile that delivers a satisfying dry finish. A thick creamy head rests on top and holds the rich roasted aromatic qualities in the glass. This is truly the darker side of sin!

Nice persistent head. Great, light chocolate aroma. Watery and thin body. Nice coffee-bitter, long, long finish. Flavor maybe slightly shallow. Also not sure Id pick this as a "classic Irish dry stout."

Dark opaque appearance. Good chocolaty dry roasted malt flavor, smooth and light. Nothing adventurous but charred chocolaty taste is nice.

TICK! On tap at the brewery in the Flamingo. Viscous black pour with a creamy beige head. Smells and tastes if toasted malt, cream, and iced coffer. Dece.

On draught at the Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes location. This brew pours dark brownish-black with a compact beige head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short stringy lacing. The aroma is mildly roasty with coffee and malt notes. Medium, smooth body with flavors of sweet malt, roasted coffee and a touch of dark chocolate. The finish is malty with a short coffee aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

On tap at one of the locations in Vegas. Unsure where I was, but the brewer was there pouring taps. The beer pours to a pitch black body with a tan head. This was on high-nitro pour. The aroma was a pretty typical dry stout but the flavor was quite roasted. To me, it came off as a peat smoked malt, but the brewer simply said it was caused by some of the charred malt. Some coffee malt. The palate was velvety and silky.

Tap at The Grand Canal Shoppes, The Venetian, Las Vegas. Im all for English breweries installing these kind of man-crche facilities in shopping centres nationwide back home. Pitch with thick tan collar and curtains of lace. Chocolate ice cream and mocha aroma. Gentle roasted character with the impression of cocoa-dusted charcoal. Misses the chunkiness of a true stout; its thin and mellow, but very pleasant and I cant complain- Im not shopping.
