On tap at the Monte Carlo "Brew Pub" (that doesn’t brew its own beer anymore). Black with tints of red, massive nitro head. Charred malt and coffee aroma. Flavor is mildly roasty, some wet grains, moderately sweet. Watery mouthfeel. Boring.
2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 T2Tool (352) - Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA - JUN 23, 2007
Had at the Planet Hollywood location, which actually seemed more set up to serve people on the go as they shop. The beer was poured into a plastic cup, which was sort of a turnoff. Was a dark reddish color. Really no aroma and no taste. Was sort of almost a flat beer. Guess this beer is made for people shopping and on the go.

On draft from the stand in Planet Hollywood Casino. Thick black with a thin white head. Creamy texture, dry finish, flavor was all roasted malt, nuts and coffee. Smooth texture, but flavor was a tad simplistic.
3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Aubrey (3347) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - JUN 5, 2007
On tap: Dark burgundy-brown color was nice; thinnish head. Creamy, lightish texture. Sweet and chewy malt flavors (caramel, milk chocolate, tar). Nice roast and toast. Hint of sourness was a pleasant touch. Good, easy-drinkin’ stout.
2.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 unclemattie (3709) - Georgia, USA - APR 24, 2007
on tap @ Monte Carlo. just what you’d imagine a nitrous tap stout to look like. dark black, thick tan cappucino tan head, calm, microscopic bubbles. Perfect. Roasted malt aroma. roasted flavor. coffee. very watery texture to it. some one must have stole the Guiness recipe for this "clone"!
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 BeerBelcher (972) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - APR 16, 2007
I had this beer on tap at the Monte Carlo Brewpub in Las Vegas (served in a weizen glass). I found this beer to be quite boring in character.
The beer poured a not-quite-opaque red-black, with a fair amount of light tan head. There was no aroma. It was served rather cold, but exhibited only a faint amount of light roastiness. I found this beer to be disappointingly approachable. Mouthfeel is smooth but a bit flat and watery. Not a very exciting beer.
3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 Soonah (1120) - Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA - APR 4, 2007
On tap at the Monte Carlo Brewpub in Las Vegas. Pour was a nice ultra-dark brown with barely any red coming through. The head was off-white and creamy. Terrific rings of lacing. The aroma was roasted, smokey malt and a tiny bit of chocolate. The flavor tasted like someone through a smokebomb in my beer. Very, very smokey initially. The smoke gave way after a bit to some lightly roasted malt and chocolate. Slightly watery mouthfeel. A decent effort.

Draft. Aroma was mostly of roasted chocolate malt, but it was light. Creamy mouthfeel. Flavor was mostly of roasted chocolate, and like a chocolate version of guiness.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 alexanderj (3055) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - APR 2, 2007
On tap. Pours a dark brown, with a medium tan head. Creamy appearance. Aroma was a little hard to smell; some roasted malt and light chocolate aroma. Flavor was decent with a nice creamy body. Some coffee, roasted malt and some chocolate.
