A traditional Irish Dry Stout, Sin City Stout is a strong beer at 6% alcohol by volume. It is a full, richly flavored beer with a roasted, coffee-like taste and a hint of chocolate balanced with an abundant hop profile that delivers a satisfying dry finish. A thick creamy head rests on top and holds the rich roasted aromatic qualities in the glass. This is truly the darker side of sin!

Black with an offwhite head in a plastic glass at the mall under planet hollywood used to be alladin. Nice roasted malt flavour and taste to match. Great stout in the fact is was not overly bitter with the dark grains. In other words great balance

Dark black with a fluffy tan head. Roasty malt, and chocolate smell. Creamy, yet thin body. Thin flavor of chocolatey roasty malt. Not really much bitterness or any hop presence. Alcohol is very prevalent in this one and it is quite watery. Not very good, but I’ve had much worse.

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2008 Tap at Sin City. Pours a nice black color. Slightly sweet roasted aromas. Reminds me a lot of a Guinness type of dry stout, just a little stronger. Pretty good.

draft- looking for more roast, dryness, thick mouthfeel in this stout, and I did not find it. Fairly one dimensional. Okay.

On tap at the Monte Carlo "Brew Pub" (that doesn’t brew its own beer anymore). Black with tints of red, massive nitro head. Charred malt and coffee aroma. Flavor is mildly roasty, some wet grains, moderately sweet. Watery mouthfeel. Boring.

Had at the Planet Hollywood location, which actually seemed more set up to serve people on the go as they shop. The beer was poured into a plastic cup, which was sort of a turnoff. Was a dark reddish color. Really no aroma and no taste. Was sort of almost a flat beer. Guess this beer is made for people shopping and on the go.

On draft from the stand in Planet Hollywood Casino. Thick black with a thin white head. Creamy texture, dry finish, flavor was all roasted malt, nuts and coffee. Smooth texture, but flavor was a tad simplistic.

On tap: Dark burgundy-brown color was nice; thinnish head. Creamy, lightish texture. Sweet and chewy malt flavors (caramel, milk chocolate, tar). Nice roast and toast. Hint of sourness was a pleasant touch. Good, easy-drinkin’ stout.

on tap @ Monte Carlo. just what you’d imagine a nitrous tap stout to look like. dark black, thick tan cappucino tan head, calm, microscopic bubbles. Perfect. Roasted malt aroma. roasted flavor. coffee. very watery texture to it. some one must have stole the Guiness recipe for this "clone"!
