Commercial Description:
A traditional Irish Dry Stout, Sin City Stout is a strong beer at 6% alcohol by volume. It is a full, richly flavored beer with a roasted, coffee-like taste and a hint of chocolate balanced with an abundant hop profile that delivers a satisfying dry finish. A thick creamy head rests on top and holds the rich roasted aromatic qualities in the glass. This is truly the darker side of sin!

On tap: Dark burgundy-brown color was nice; thinnish head. Creamy, lightish texture. Sweet and chewy malt flavors (caramel, milk chocolate, tar). Nice roast and toast. Hint of sourness was a pleasant touch. Good, easy-drinkin’ stout.

another Guinness clone. This has more roasted barley and alcohol heat, and kess creaminess, but despite the differences it’s a nitro stout. Enjoyable and better than the competition in Vegas, but just decent.

On a nitro tap at Sin City in the Flamingo. Pours a flat black with a medium sized tan head. Light bourbon and vanilla notes. Malty and a touch sweet, body is mostly dead due to the nitro. Finishes with a light bitterness.

Had this on tap at the Miracle Mile location a couple of years back on vacation in Las Vegas after visiting Hawaii. I really wasn’t a fan of this one. It reminded me of the flavors of Guinness but even more watered down.

A distinct pour due to the head that looks like the foam on top of a hot cocoa. Beer was almost black. Like the weiss and IPA I found this beer to be very sweet and not at all bold in flavor. It is nitrogen infused. It was very thick and creamy and even decadent. Some roasted notes and a dab of hop zing along with some chocolate. Enjoyable and a nice beer for Vegas weather and activities.

Draught @ Flamingo hotel Sin City brewery. Large fin creamy good looking head. Fair display of lacework. Black color. Aroma of mild roasted malt, mild chocolate and coffee. Over the palate came again hint of cold coffee and mild roasted feel of malt. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with some counter bitterness. Roasted malty finish.

Pours a dark almost black mahogany color. Smells of chocolate and roasted nuts. Taste was a bit bitter and not flavorful. Left a bad aftertaste in my opinion. I won’t be clamoring for this beer again.

Draft, Sin City, Flamingo hotel in Vegas. Pours dark brown, mocha head. Aroma light roast and malts. Taste, caramel malts, some chocolate, light coffee and thin hoppy finish. Not bad for a Vegas beer.

Draft - Poured a very dark black/brown in color with a thin light tan head that faded to a thin covering over the beer with some lacing. Aroma is of dark roasted malt, coffee and slight chocolate. Flavor follows pretty closely, but overall is not that strongly flavored. Just OK...
