What’s Las Vegas without a little vice? Our traditional German Hefeweizen, Sin City Weisse, is an unfiltered, straw-colored wheat beer with a low hop profile that features a distinct clove aroma and citrus undertones. Originally a summer brew at 4.5% alcohol by volume, it’s a perfect fit for our Las Vegas climate.

On tap at Miracle Mile Shopping Center. First of all, great location. They have small tasting centers in Vegas. This one was right in the mall. I had the wheat beer which was a good German style wheat. Cloudy straw yellow in color. Some clover and banana flavors from the yeast. Nice white head, even in a plastic glass.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a hazy yellow-golden color with a large creamy white head that lingered and left excellent lacing. The aroma was sweet bread, yeast, phenol, clove and a hint of banana. The flavor was clove, banana, bread dough and pepper. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied. Well done.

Pours a hazy murky straw yellow to light orange color with creamy persistent white head. Wheat aroma, followed by some medicinal character. Flavor is very wheat forward followed by a rubber phenol. Some clove character in the finish bit rubber flavor really distracts from enjoyability.
