Small creamy white head on top of a deep hazy reddish orange colored beer.
Smell blueberries, goosberries, berries, elderberries, some currant, wild yeast, sour, nice!
Taste is smooth dry sour, with some hops, citrus, yoghurt, wild yeast, bourbon, sour dried fruit, light cellar, dusty.
Aftertaste is dry bitter light sour. Lovely balanced.
Low to medium carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium to full body and a light watery texture. Lovely Danbic!

Draught @ 4th Borefts Beer Festival 2012, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands.
Unclear - hazy matt medium orange red - brown colour with a small, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate berry - fruity, leaves, tea. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, berry, dry, wood, craneberries - gooseberry. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120928]

@BBF12. Pours cloudy copper with a small white head. Aroma is sweet caramel, light funk and light fruit. Flavour is grapefruit, acidic, tart, leather and light fruit.

Cloudy, grey/amber colored. Small off white head. No lacing. Smells of caramelized sugar and fruity, tart (very). A bit like PlayDoh in the flavor. Weird. A dry vegetal flavor. It’s alright.

Sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2012. Pours a hazy and reddish brown beer with a weak white head. The aroma is malt, fruit and tart. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is refreshing, tart and notes of sweetness. Overall a good beer.

Borefts Beer Festival IV. Day 1. Very hazy brown beer, no real head. Light crisp palate. Nice gooseberry fruit flavours but a little vinegar too. Dry finish. Okay.

Tasted at the 4th BBF @ de Molen. Hazy pink pour. Aroma of yogurt, berries, caramel and some fruits. Flavor is sour and fruity, creamy. Nice brew. More balance than the cranberry variant.
