1.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Tasted 2010-04-09. Canned. Pours light yellow. Very light. VERY LIGHT! Kinda looks like my urin after 8 pilsners in a row. Aroma is your standard cheap pilsner malty thing. Not particularly bad, but not interesting in any way. Flavour: None! Cheers!

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
UPDATED: OCT 31, 2009 500 ml can. Finland. As Light Beer III.
Clear pale golden colour with small white head. Weak malty grainy aroma. Flavour is malty, corny and boring. Watery. But I remember the TV add from the past with El Cóndor Pasa. That was OK...
500 ml can. From Malmö, Sweden. As Saxon Gluten Free Lager.
Clear pale golden colour with small white head. Sweetish corny grainy malty aroma. Weakish sweet corny malty flavour. Still boring!

1.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
Can. Stiff white head that vaniches, leaves some unapititing residues on the surface. The aroma is absent, the flavor mild and undistrubing, unstimulating, unsatisfactory. Thin and watery, perhaps gluten free, but if it means free of taste and everything else too, I might as well drink water.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
(Can, labeled Saxon 4.1) Golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of bread, citrus and some honey sweetness. Boiled vegetables linger in the background. Malty taste with citrus, bread, vegetables and sourish hints of malt. Butterscotch? Fairly thin and watery with a rather dry finish. Boring and not really a success.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
500 ml can. Pale golden colour. Crystal clear. Tall white fluffy head that clings to the glass. Light floral aroma with a little dry paper. A little DMS, which makes it feel a little thicker, but other than that this is a rather light beer. Little malt flavour. What is there is very light. Some hops, but there is little bitterness. Finishes a little on the dry side, but it does not do much. Overall a very light beer with a round body.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
En glutenfri öl som dessvärre misslyckas på de flesta punkter. Ointressant smak med en torr eftersmak. Kan eventuellt fungera som törstsläckande bruksöl till kryddstark mat.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
UPDATED: AUG 19, 2009 Can. As Saxon 4.1. A quite pale yellow-golden beer with a minimal white head. Weak and boring nose, actually not very pleasant either, with corn and some pale malts. Hints of fruityness. Fizzy, watery mouthfeel with a little bitterness, and grains. Slightly papery mouthfeel towards the finish, which is as uninteresting as the rest of the beer. Rating: 3-2-3-2-6-1.6. (090819)
Can, thx to oh6gdx. A clear, golden beer with a nice off-white head leaving nice lacings. Cooked vegetables and corn-like sweetness in the aroma, not awful, but hardly inviting. Cooked vegetables and corn in the flavor too, quite sweet. There’s also a fruity touch, but just a hint of hoppy bitterness. Medium to thin, sweetish mouthfeel. The finish continues the DMS path, and has a little bitterness for decency. A beer the world don’t need. (081206)
